Can you help me with my attic? Yes, of course! We can help you clean, sort, and organize your attic. If you'd like the crew to help bring down boxes from your attic so you can review them, feel free to ask, and they will be happy to assist.

What are your hours of operation? We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

What happens if there's rain forecasted on the day of my garage raid? If light rain is forecasted, we may still be able to work. We have large tarps to cover your garage items on the driveway. Ultimately, it is your decision whether to reschedule when rain is forecasted.

What happens if my garage raid takes less time then what I scheduled for? If your garage raid takes less time than booked, you'll only pay for the actual time spent — down to the minute. If you've paid upfront, we'll refund you the difference.

Can you install and assemble garage storage solution I bought myself? Yes, of course! We can help you assemble and/or install any storage solutions you’ve purchased or plan to purchase for your garage.

Do you carry liability insurance? Yes, we carry $2 million in general liability insurance to cover bodily injuries, property damage, or personal and advertising injuries that may occur during normal business operations. Where are you located and what areas do you service? We’re located in Houston, Texas. We serve the Houston area and surrounding cities, including Spring, The Woodlands, Montgomery County, Cypress, Katy, Texas City, Pearland, Rosharon, Missouri City, Lake Jackson, Conroe, Sugar Land, Richmond, Kingwood, and Galveston, among others.

Do you haul away trash? Yes, our junk removal fee is $15 per filled trash bag. Alternatively, you can opt for our full-load trash removal service for $249, which includes up to 16 cubic yards of trash (about the size of 6 full-size refrigerators). Please note that we do not haul away paint, chemicals, or items containing Freon. We provide heavy-duty 42-gallon trash bags at no additional charge.

Can you haul away bricks? Yes, our brick removal fee is $49 per 4 cubic yards.

How does your garage raid service work? ​​

Step 1. Clear and Categorize: We empty your garage and organize items by category for easy viewing.
​
Step 2. Sort and Declutter: We'll review all items with you and help you set aside anything you wish to discard or donate.
​
Step 3. Organize and Label: We organize and label all of your boxes and containers for easy access.
​
Step 4. Deep Cleaning: We vacuum the walls, ceiling, and sweep and mop the floor. Pressure washing is available upon request.
​
Step 5. Storage Solutions: We carry a variety of optional storage solutions in our vans, ready for immediate installation to help clear some floor space.
​
Step 6. Final Organization: We'll neatly reorganize the entire garage, ensuring everything is accessible and easy to find, but most importantly, that you love it!

Do you haul away donations and/or cardboard boxes? Yes! We'll deliver your donations to an organization of your choice and drop off any empty cardboard boxes at a recycling center, all free of charge.

What is the average cost for a 2 car garage? Our rate is $119 per hour for a team of two raiders, plus a one-time $49 fuel charge. We have a two-hour minimum charge. On average, a two-car garage takes between 3 and 5 hours, so the total cost would be $406 to $644 plus tax. You only pay for the exact amount of time your garage takes to complete, down to the minute.

Do you accept cash?
Yes, we accept cash as well as all major credit cards.
​When booking your appointment online, you can choose to either pay now or pay in person at checkout.

If you select "pay now": You can use any major credit card, Affirm, Klarna, or PayPal.

If you select "pay in person": You'll receive a deposit request by email and text to secure your appointment. This deposit covers the first hour ($119) plus a one-time fuel charge ($49), totaling $168. The deposit will be applied to your final bill. At the end of the job, you can pay the remaining balance with cash or any major credit card

Do you do outside storage units as well? Yes! We can help you clean and organize your storage unit, shed, storage room, and even your attic.

What if the weather turns bad on the day of the job, is that an issue, or do y'all have tarps? We carry tarps and can cover most items on your driveway if it rains. While we always aim to finish the job, the decision to continue or stop due to unfavorable weather is ultimately yours.

If I choose to pay in person at checkout, where do I go to pay the deposit? If you select the "pay in person" option at checkout when booking your garage raid, you will receive an email and text shortly after with a link to pay your deposit online. The deposit is $168 plus tax, covering your first hour ($119) and a one-time fuel charge ($49).

Do you clean it all out of the garage and sweep? Absolutely! We remove all items from the garage and dust them off with hand brushes. We also deep clean the entire garage, including vacuuming the walls, ceiling, inside of the garage door, and any cabinets you may have. Additionally, we sweep and mop the floor. Upon request, we can also provide pressure washing.

How much do you charge for epoxy? Our rate is $5.95 per square foot. We offer a premium epoxy coating system called Roll on Rock® Epoxy, which is designed for durability and longevity, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty on all our coatings.

Can you explain to me how installation or purchase of shelves or organization hooks, etc. may work?

We offer four storage solutions that are always stocked in our vans and can be installed on the spot during your garage raid:

1. Free-Standing Shelf – Heavy-duty, durable shelving for organizing your space.
2. Wall-Mounted Shelves – Sturdy 2' x 3' wall shelves for extra storage.
3. 27-Gallon Heavy-Duty Containers – Lockable storage totes for secure and stackable storage.
4. Rail and Hook System – Ideal for hanging gardening tools, chairs, and bicycles.

Additionally we carry these other storage solutions, but require scheduled installations. However, they can be installed on the same day as your garage raid if booked in advance:

How do I get a power washing quote?
​
We don’t offer power washing as a standalone service, but it can be included as part of your garage raid. If you’d like us to pressure wash your garage, just let us know in advance when booking your service. Power washing is charged at the same hourly rate as your garage raid, and a typical two-car garage takes about 45-60 minutes to complete.

Do you do storages (storage units)?
​
Yes! We can help you sort, clean, and organize your storage unit just like we do for garages. If you need to move items between your garage and storage, we’ve got you covered—we have large cargo vans that can transport a good amount of belongings. However, if you’re looking to completely empty an extra-large storage unit, a moving company may be the best option. Let us know what you need, and we’ll make the process as smooth as possible!

Do I need to do anything to prepare for garage raiders arrival?
To get ready for Garage Raiders' arrival, all you need to do is make sure the driveway is clear of any cars, that way, we can set up our tables and jump right in! No need to do anything else beforehand, we'll take care of the rest! 😊
